Do it online

We want to allow you to conduct as much as possible of your business with the council through our website and we are constantly seeking to extend and improve this service.

Key online facilities include:

• Register to monitor your online transactions with the council or receive email alerts.  We will soon be using the Government Gateway system for secure authentication which will allow you to see confidential data such as Council Tax or Housing Rents balances
• Forms Directory for all our online forms or transactions
• Payments - we use secure encryption for a wide range of online payments
• Reporting problems - select the category, identify the location and the data goes straight into our computer systems to be dealt with by the appropriate part of the council or use the maps reporting facility
• Apply for services - online or printable forms to apply for council services
• Participate in consultations
• Subscribe to RSS feeds for council or community news
• Make a complaint online and let us know if anything is wrong.
